E*Assist allows you to quickly and easily send customized emails to your clients and prospects.
You start by setting up a master email. This can even include data fields such as "client's first name."
You then select up to 1000 names to receive this email! After pressing "Send," E*Assist mergers each client's first name into a unique email and sends to that client. A copy of the email is then attached to each client's master record so you have a record of every message sent, which helps you track who you are contacting and who you may be overlooking.
A typical email received by your client can look this this:
Subject: Marketing Event
Dear John {this is merged from your client database}
Please be invited to my latest investment conference.......
